Besides allowing these creeps to use ridiculously opulent real estate, this is an unassailable forward communications post, similar to CENTCOM in the Persian Gulf. Americans just don't get who the soldiers are.
I think the Mexican consulate should be located closer to the Mexican citizens they serve, don't you? May I suggest Lynwood, or how about Watts? I hear they've got a nice hospital there.

Hell they could squeeze in all kinds of drugs too. Sure. Those illegals have to have some way to make a living until they can get on welfare.
