The Philadelphia Eagles have reached agreement on a blockbuster intra-division trade that will send perennial Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb to the Washington Redskins, according to multiple sources close to the situation.
The two sides still must finalize language, but McNabb is now headed to Washington. Sources said the deal involved the Redskins' second-round pick in the 2010 draft and either a third- or fourth-round pick next year, depending on several factors.

Ping.
I hope he fails.
I’m glad buy why trade him in your own division? His balls are in the ground or over their heads. rarely spot on... he is very inconsistent. he has had some great games and great drives but... never week after week for any length of time. I spend more tome yelling at my tv with him....
What’s he running for & is he a democrat?
I don’t think this is a good move for the Cowboys. Not only do I think the Eagles will be a better team with Kolb, but the Redskins finally have a legitimate Quarterback in McNabb.
Thats good news to me. Sayonara!!
Don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!
Well, this seals the fate of Washington to never compete for the foreseeable future.
My guess is that the Redskins will use their first round pick on a quarterback and that McNabb’s job is to start until the new guy is ready.
Despite my screen name, I am an Eagles fan. I think this is a good move for the Eagles. If Reid thinks Kolb is good to go, he can’t keep him on the bench forever. And a high second round pick in a deep draft should produce some immediate help.
AHhh. yes. The Redskins quick fix solution strikes again. Cant wait to hear Jim Rome in the morning.
Good Lord..Lions sleeping with lambs...cats and dogs...McNabb in DC. It’s over folks!!!!
That’s my thought. I am a lifelong ‘skins fan and this is just terrible.
Just like when Randall Cunningham put on a Cowboys uniform.
Now that was surreal.
