IS ANYONE CONSIDERING BAILING OUT OF THIS PLACE AND GOING TO COSTA RICA OR PANAMA?
Posted on 03/28/2010 7:15:31 PM PDT by Nodems2000
I have seriously been thinking of leaving the country. My hope is pretty much gone that we can turn any of this around. Who would I be staying for....to support the people who ride in the cart and don't contribute and hate this country? I'm too old for all this and if the immigration bill goes through, I totally believe all is lost. How can we pay VAT, Tax and Trade, Healthcare, Local sales taxes, income taxes, etc., etc. and survive? So overused today, but it's "non-sustainable"

Don’t give up hope...yet. We have to fight to recover as much as we can.

I won’t take advantage of my dual citizenship until it is really the last option.
So far, this is, at least for now, the best place in the world; of course, there are a lot of pukes pushing to make that change.

Yes, the thought has crossed my mind and the raids on Christian Militia with the help of MUSLIMS has decided it.
The question now is where to go.
Hell, I even considered Russia. How crazy is that?

Isn’t Costa Rica an ironical choice, considering that the Federal Government apparatus practically owns and runs the place?
To: Nodems2000
No we’re not going to leave. My ancestors fought the hordes of European settlers to no avail. Do you think I’m going to pull up stakes and run from these Commies, now?

Sorry Charlie, but it makes no difference where you go...the IRS will hound you worldwide. Even renouncing your citizenship US laws obligate you for taxes for many years thereafter.

I can’t. I don’t have any money and Obama will see to it that I stay that way.

Italy is probably among the most Socialist countries in Europe.
An odd choice, there. Is it for cultural reasons?

I know a guy that moved to Panama last year. Recently returned for a short stay. He says he likes it there, but food is pricey. I have another good friend, vietnam USMC vet who moved back there to live 15 years ago. He likes it very much. Wants me to join him there. I'm considering.
