Let's see if they hear us yet!!
Congressional switchboards are jammed with calls and people are, once again, marching on D.C.
Our prayers are with all you great Patriots.
Keeping calling, faxing and make them hear us.
Good evening.
Good morning!
Snowstorm Friday night is all melted from the roads and they are dry.Church is on. If that confounded vote is still at 11 am my time, I won’t find out until I get home if our freedoms are still intact or if we are now headlong into socialism.
You can pray about it all through church. That is the most effective work you can do anyway. It is the hardest as well because you don’t see the immediate effect of it (usually).
There are too many in there that I highly suspect STUPIDLY voted for Caligula. I can think of 3. Often, the class president asks for the prayer leader to pray for 'our leaders'. I dare say that the class president, a former Army soldier who now works in the medical field, voted for Caligula. I have a good friend in there that attends the breakfasts and sits next to me that I get to commiserate with. He is one of the very few in my social and work circles that truly is in lockstep with me on Caligula nad all the evil that surrounds him.
I can not understand how anyone can claim to be a Christian that voted for Caligula. Just simply his fondness for abortion alone should be enough.
I meant to specify that Lee, the friend in singles that also attends the breakfasts, sits next to me at the breakfasts (not in singles) just to clarify.
I agree with you completely on this. I do NOT at all understand how a Christian could have voted for him AT ALL. Abortion is indeed the key issue. But secondly, he is a moslem. He celebrates all the moslem holidays. Shoot, he even celebrated an Iranian holiday today. Urgh! He gives aid and comfort to our enemies and alienates our allies.
I apologize to you Great Britain. We made One Big Awful Mistake, Allies!
I also meant to say that I have avoided my colleague who proudly supported him like the plague. I don’t avoid my friend who is an anthropomorphic climate change nut as I do her.
The issue is abortion.
No Christians could support it. Therefore, since Caligula supports the infanticide, no Christian can support Caligula.
[Disclaimer: the only standard for being a Christian is acceptance as Jesus as Lord and Savior. So, in actual fact, support of Caligula won’t keep a person from God. It is just another sin someone will have to confess.]
The trouble with the infanticide is that almost no one knows about Jill Stanek and her story. I really believe that one thing alone would have turned the election upside down and McCain would have won easily had all of America known about Caligula's commission of infanticide. Even abortionists must be repulsed at the thought of infanticide.
Wow, lysie, we can invite LOTS of people to share breakfast with us today!
Thanks.
I enjoy YOUR posts a bunch!
Good morning!
Good morning.
Think I’ll lie down on the couch and see if I can catch a few more zzzzzzzzzs. Hubby is enjoying his own little ‘concert’ in the marriage bed. (No snore is exactly the same, but they’re all LOUD.)
;o)
I think I may join you for a little dreamfest. Mine might just last for eight hours. I hope.
I just took a blogthings quiz that showed:
“You Are 64% Ready to Be a Parent
You are mostly ready to be a parent, though you could be better prepared.
If you had a kid tomorrow, things might be difficult at first - but you could pull through.
You don’t have to be an ideal parent, but if your life was in better order, it would help.
Make yourself a plan of how you’ll raise and pay for a kid. You’ll feel better if you have all your ducks in a row.
If you’re already a parent, you’re probably doing a good job.
Even if things aren’t perfect, you’re making the best of it.”
Bhwaahahahahaha!
Seven months after his release from a Scottish prison on "compassionate" grounds, and four months after prostate cancer was supposed to have killed him, Pan Am Flight 103 bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi has had a miraculous turn for the better, death-wise. How very surprising. He was to get liberty and death.......turns out it is another scam.
Good morning.
Now that’s funny!!
A belated Happy Birthday to you !
