The Caps are high scorers, but have a weakness in depth of defensemen lines. They will go deep - perhaps to the finals - but the Pens are the obstacle in the way. I'd like to see them beat the Pens. Fairly. Without Crosby taking a dive in front of friendly officials.

If Anaheim can somehow make the playoffs this year I would consider them a scary “dark horse” contender lurking in the weeds.
