I don't know. It would take a lot of wrangling to time a lawsuit with the promotion of a bill although McCain could have been sitting on it biding his time. I would certainly agree that the leftist media will milk this lawsuit and any other news that works towards their ends for all it's worth.

I just think it's a matter of not allowing them to spin things their way. The lawsuit is not a sign of a need for regulation it is a sign of the system regulating itself IMO.
