Chicken gizzards were a treat at my house growing up. Hearts and livers as well. I have to avoid the livers because I have gout, but love those gizzards. Especially boiled with gravy.

The chicken feet are gooey. It’s an acquired taste. The livers taste just like regular beef liver. The hearts are sweet and very tender. The gizzards are something you chew on.
