The vast archive of memorabilia will go under the hammer at Bonhams in Knightsbridge.
As well as two Daleks, other items up for sale include several Cybermen, a sea devil and the costume for the Magma Creature, which featured in Peter Davidson's last show in 1984.
The Daleks are expected to fetch up to £3,000 each when the sale gets under way on February 24.

Or you can just tip-over a garbage can and stick a toilet plunger on it. Same diff.

I hope the buyers realize that the voice and drives are not included, having been supplied by the actor inside, pedaling a tricycle.

Those things scared the hell out of me...
but, I found a description that tells me why they are so scary - they're Democrats!
The resulting creatures are a powerful race bent on universal conquest and domination, utterly without pity, compassion or remorse. Various storylines portray them as having had every emotion removed except hate, leaving them with a desire to purge the Universe of all non-Dalek life. Very occasionally they are shown as experiencing other emotions, including fear, although such occurrences are rare. Collectively they are the greatest extraterrestrial enemies of the Time Lord and series protagonist, the Doctor. Their famous catchphrase is "Exterminate!", with each syllable individually screeched in a frantic electronic voice.
