I think this season has been pretty good so far. The side-story with the blonde chick is a little tangential ... but I figure it’ll tie in eventually.

The descent of Renee has been interesting to watch ... and its interesting to watch Jack deal with her losing it. He’s usually the one on the edge — now she’s gone off the deep end, and he’s the voice of reason trying to bring her back TO the edge.

Rumor has it that President Logan is set to return sometime this season ...

So far I’ve enjoyed this season of 24. Renee is so drop dead sexy and her downward spiral has been fascinationg to watch. But if they bring back Itzin/President Logan/Huckabee I might turn it off and stop watching.

Fox doesn't have a deal for a ninth season of "24" and hasn't yet decided whether to order another season. Insiders said the network is waiting to see this week's ratings before making a decision, but the betting is that this season will be the final one.

Yes, they are... I didn’t see the first couple season but my son had the DVD set, so I watched them then started watching the show. I think you can get into anytime though because it is intense...
