BREAKFAST
Ham Steak, rolled and pegged (toothpicks), batter dipped and served with maple syrup and whipped butter
Pigs in a Blanket. (Pork sausage) wrapped in pancake and served with maple syrup and butter
Breakfast Steak, thin sliced and pan seared, served with pan blanched veggies and a beurre blanc sauce
Cinnamon Toast with whipped honey butter
Chilled Milk, Tea, Coffee, and Juices
Cold and Hot Cereals, with brown sugar, maple and apple compote toppings
Mid-morning snack;
Bacon wrapped rolled Beef strips, lightly breaded, fast fried and served with a melted cheese glaze. these are finger-licking finger food snacks.

Wonderful menu this morning, Johnn. You have caught me FULL this morning....LOL! I have had my breakfast but in a couple of hours, I could partake in your Cinnamon Toast with whipped honey butter! Save me some....LOL!
