Oh, my gosh! I didn't even 'see' that until I read your post! How cute!
Love the poem and illustration!
Simply adorable Caturday kitten, Meg, framed perfectly!
Yes, that is one of the pictures I posted, and Amy ‘doctored’ it up to be even more beautiful!!
Amy, I just LOVE that graphic! What a find!
Thanks, Billie. Every once in awhile I chance upon a ‘good find’, and capture it.
Beautiful and peaceful. Thank you!
I like your Caturday opening! Such a cutie (and I’m not kidding) :)

William Adams (15641620) is believed to be the first Englishman to reach Japan. Taking a liking to Adams, the ruling Japanese shogun made him his interpreter and personal advisor concerning the Western powers. Eventually, Adams was presented with two swords with rank of a Samurai. This showed just how much the Japanese revered Adams. Because William Adams served his foreign king well, he was also rewarded with greater opportunity for influence.
Centuries earlier, another man in a foreign country also had great influence over his king. Nehemiah was a cupbearer to Persian King Artaxerxes (Neh. 1:11). In the royal court, the cupbearer would test the wine before it was given to the king to protect him from poisoning. But this position also meant he had the kings ear as a trusted advisor. Nehemiahs integrity, administrative gifts, and wisdom made him a confidant to his ruler, which paved the way for the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem.
Like Nehemiah, each of us has been given a unique sphere of influence. Raising children, church or community work, and employment all provide a platform where we can have a beneficial effect on others. Has the Lord placed someone in your life upon whom you can have an influence?

Guess the folks doing the naming never read Alley Oop. But then, there was a Java Man and a Piltdown Man. What a minute! Piltdown Man was a hoax. I guess ol' Alley Oop was a Java Man so that's why they called it JavaScript.
I believe that Ms tiapam's birthday is tomorrow but I've got to go to Birmingham tomorrow so I'll just dedicate this to her today. Sixteen Candles
She’ll love that....that 16 candles takes me back to many yesterdays ago!! Long, long time ago....LOL!
Thank you sooooooooooooo much. Loved listening to “sixteen candles”. Brought back fond memories and I was now able to drive. You have a safe trip!
Think on this ... your future depends on it.
Oh My Gosh! Thank so much for the beautiful cake and PRESENTS. When can I open them? LOL!
What a beautiful wreath! Thank you for thinking of me and it would be nice to meet again. Hope all is well with you!
