DAYTON — A man without legs threatened another man, telling him he would “throw a bomb through your window” on Monday, Dec. 28, according to Dayton Police.
The 46-year-old man told police that the legless man drove into his yard in a Jeep Grand Cherokee at about 1 p.m. and said, “Where is my money? If you don’t have my money, I will throw a bomb through your window.”
The man making the threat operated the vehicle’s foot pedals with sticks or some other apparatus, according to a Dayton police report.

I would say the cop’s case doesn’t have a leg to stand on.....

The guy in the Jeep would sue the homeowner...but...
I don't suppose it is even remotely possible that the vehicle had been modified for hand controls? Amputees and paraplegics have had that option for, oh, I don't know, 50 years or so.
An SUV was involved. I knew it!
Never bring a legless man to a butt kicking contest.......unless he has a bomb.
The driver’s name was Matt.
Or maybe it was Neil?
The man cried because he had no shoes until he met the man who had no feet......who totally freaked out when he met the man who had no legs....where does this insanity end? Maybe when he meets the man who has no brain in the WH.
I remember having a guy in a wheelchair threatening me once in a nightclub.
I wanted to tip him over but i just walked away instead.
Throw him in the pool and call him Bob.
Was he dressed like a Black Knight? Did he also taunt the other guy to come out so he could bite him?
And no doubt he’s probably on welfare because he’s unable to work....
But Bill was in the mail box.
Tow him behind that Jeep and call him Skip.
