All this without a central designer. No single ant has knowledge of the entire structure, yet it looks like one single well designed colony. Pretty incredible. There is no question that ants are born with the knowledge of building ant colonies in their genes, but who really coordinates ?
Wonder how Richard Dawkins will explain this. That ants were randomly playing with dirt and some ‘randomly’ figured out how to ‘randomly’ build colonies? And those that did, survived while the others died ? Pretty idiotic.

When I look at an animal hole, I always wonder where they put the dirt. I thought the ants brought it up to the surface, but all I ever see is a little hill with two or three cubic inches of dirt. That little hill cannot be all the dirt they moved if this underground structure is at all typical. SO where did all the dirt go?

No single ant has knowledge of the entire structure, yet it looks like one single well designed colony. The "Invisible Hand" in nature, just as in the economics of human action.
