No way Bob Stoops goes to N.D. Sure hope not. This has been a less than stellar year, but Stoops will have OU contending again shortly.

The "O" line wasn't as good as "wished" from the get-go.
Then all the injuries killed them........
The "D" on the other hand is very stout!
OU will re-load......and be competitive..next year.
I can't see Stoops leaving.....
It's a sweet deal for him there........
I went to my first OU game..( and first college game ever..) this year.
Darn it....was so fun!!

Keeping a few players healthy will do wonders for OU next year!

It’s hard to overcome the loss of two potential All-Americans on offense, like OU did, they’ll be back.

Well Stoopsie will get a big fat raise again after Notre Dame comes a courting. Agreed Stoops will be back at OU, all major programs go through a down year or 2, but unlike Weis and now Bowden at FSU , you have to roll off your back and get up. We had parity in college football for the years 1985-2003 now it seems the consolidation of the power in the college football world is happening again as the same 8 teams Alabama, Texas, LSU, Florida, USC, Ohio State, Oklahoma, according to Rivals.com a recruiting service suck up 75% of the 5 star players. I know, I know Boise State and TCU, well we will see, heard this all before... Hawaii in 2007 was 12-0 and destroyed opponents by 5 TDs and then proceeded to get pwed in the 2008 Sugar Bowl versus Georgia. And to quote a Georgia a player after the 41-10 shlacking ...”Man I can imagine how bad the teams were they beat”
