This particular dress underscores the dilemma she faces ~ she's clearly not one of the top candidates to develop breast cancer yet her husband's budget proposals suggest continued funding for the committee that recently advised folks to quit having mammary exams.

Even if Michelle doesn't need the tests, that doesn't mean other women should do without.
