I am not sure of your question.
I live on Cebu, in the Visayas.
I have not been to Luzon, and not so interested,
It is where most Typhoons land, and it is crowded, as
Manila, the capital is in Luzon.
Tarlac is inland, NNW of Manila, maybe 175 km
I also prefer to be on a beach.
As for the girls/women, they are everywhere.
