And this seat WAS stolen. Franken should be in jail.
Would love to see him referred from now forward as “Sen. Al Franken, D-Acorn”
No kidding, but nothing will be done about it.
Pawlenty verified the election rather than taking a stand against election fraud.
The GOP is worse than wimps who stand for nothing.
The GOP stood for election fraud, because it raised not a finger to resist.
I know some will disagree with me, but this is how I see it.
But here's an uncomfortable fact: Ritchie himself was endorsed by the now-notorious ACORN and elected with its help.
Just like Jennifer Brunner the Secertary of State here in Ohio whose top advisor was ACORN's Project Vote development director Karyn Gillette. Brunner turned a blind eye to ACORN registration problems; even defying a court order to do so. Her excuse: there was no evidence.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Really?

No!! Say it ain’t SO?!? Whoddathunkit?!
I wonder who else is an ACORN politician?
Paging ‘Captain Obvious’!
We all knew that fact a long time ago. It is just that nobody would listen.
Franken added that he was "more motivated than ever to work with ACORN." I'm not suggesting that Franken had any association with the folks behind ACORN's recent scandal. Indeed, when the Senate voted to defund ACORN, he got religion and joined the pack. It's worth recalling, however, that ACORN is best-known for its massive voter-registration campaigns, which focus relentlessly on getting Democrats elected in targeted states.
Here its record is appalling -- and goes to the heart of our democratic electoral system. In October 2008, ACORN announced triumphantly that it had registered about 1.3 million new voters in 18 battleground states, among them Minnesota.(Excerpt) Read more at startribune.com ...
ACORN helped get their favorite son Franken elected -- a win that handed Democrats the 60-vote, veto-proof majority that they needed to enact their liberal agenda? Secretary of State Mark Ritchie assured us that Minnesota's system of voter verification protects electoral integrity. But here's an uncomfortable fact: Ritchie himself was endorsed by the now-notorious ACORN and elected with its help.
ANALYSIS Keep in mind that elected officials are held to a higher legal authority---what is acceptable behavior for citizens might be a crime for elected legislators under oath of office.
The FBI should interrogate Franken to determine if ACORN received anything of value to pull off the deception---money, jobs, political cover, to facilitate the deception, and whether they colluded to misuse Congessional influence. ACORN may have colluded with Franken to deceive voters.

Ha. Now he’ll really be viewed as illegitimate. His opponent in that race should call for his own investigation.
