Since Duval Patrick took over as Governor he controls all information coming out of the State agencies; to the point that if you want to know something about sharks, and want to talk to a state biologist, you have to clear it through a Press Secretary Lisa Capone, and get permission to talk to the biologists, and they have to get permission to talk to you. - Tom
