I don't know. But when I was a student, I lived in various off-campus locations, having a phone number at one, then living somewhere else, while the phone directory would have shown me living at the first location, etc. My location was haphazard, and I couldn't have cared less.
The birthers are maintaining that the birth announcements found in the two newspapers are either (1) modern forgeries or (2) fraudulently inserted by Grandma Dunham in order to ensure her grandson would be eligible to be president. It seems to me that if you were going to fabricate a birth announcement, you would pick one of the addresses more frequently cited for the Obamas.
