Born identity; Birth certificate styles adjust to fit times and regulations
Star Bulletin ^ | June 6, 2009 | June Watanabe

Question: What is the state's policy for issuing a "Certification of Live Birth" versus a "Certificate of Live Birth"? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier's name and title; attendant's name and title, etc. The certification has only the child's name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother's maiden name, mother's race, father's name and father's race. Why doesn't the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?

I don't see the relevance of Maryland (or California) birth documents and their availability and content, on the one hand, to the issue of Barack Obama's failure - up to this point - to produce bona fide Hawaii documentation of his alleged birth there. Each state has somewhat different birth documents and procedures for creating, maintaining, and requesting them, etc.

You proved by your last italicized paragraph in post # 9 that June Watanabe's answer to the Star Bulletin reader's question is absolutely wrong.

The question now is whether or not Ms. Watanabe is willfully disseminating misinformation in the interest of the Obama WH or someone in the Hawaii state government, in order to obfuscate the facts about Obama's birth, and hence to obfuscate the issue as to whether or not Obama is constitutionally eligible to be POTUS.

That would be treason, wouldn’t it?

I wouldn't think so, since treason is specifically defined in the Constitution (the only crime that is). But if deliberate misinformation is disseminated by a newspaper or a newspaper writer in order to influence the outcome of a pending legal case, it could be considered obstruction of justice.

Giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war.

I could argue that the charge fits.

the Great Pretender had nothing on our current fiasco of a president.

The Left knows that it can't get the support of a majority of voters in the US today without resort to massive fraud, lies, hoaxes, and assorted other forms of cheating.

Do you have or do you know someone that has the original printing of “Dreams...?”

I may have found something.

Agreed. Say 0bama did open his birth certificate as a public record. If all it said was the information provided and the State of Hawaii says it is legit, then that is good enough for me.
