I love anything teriyaki, JC. If I can’t decide what to prepare for a meal, I can always cook up a pot of steamed rice, put either sliced ny strip steak (or any tender steak) or sliced simmered chicken breast over it, and a couple spoons of teriyaki. (Chicken bowl or beef bowl). Maybe some steamed broccoli on the side. Easy and perfect dinner.
I have a cooked chicken breast in the refrigerator..I’m going to cook rice and use the teriyaki sauce for dinner.
