NoVA is a close second I assume.

It's amazing how many drivers have licenses and don't even know the simple concept of "right" of way at a stop sign.
Note: Many states tied for the same position in the rankings.

Pennsylvania is only number 36?! From experiences in the past I would think PA should be 3rd right after New York and New Jersey.
Actually, the worst drivers in the world are east Asian women. This is true whether they are Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.

this is the hardest thing to believe.
LOL! I followed a Jag just a couple of days ago. Weaving, slowing down, crossing over into my lane before I could get around this loon ... when I finally got around I saw this tiny little Asian lady trying to drive while fiddling with her GPS.

"Dude, where am I?
‘Tis difficult for me to believe that Massghanistan ranks as the seventh worst in this category. I suppose the people in Western Massghanistan must pull up those in the Bosotown region.

lol
When I lived in Seattle, I had to put up with stoners who would drive 30 MPH in the passing lane, and East Asian (usually Chinese) ladies weaving in and out of the lanes.
I imagine the New Yorkers we get here in Georgia via Florida have pushed our ranking down a few numbers.
Looks like another Congresscritter arriving for a grueling four hour day.
Actually, I commuted by car into NYC for years, and never had any trouble. I always found Boston drivers far worse, constantly pulling out in front of you and making you slam on the brakes.
Why is that? Because if you did that to someone in NY, they would slam into your car just for the privilege of nailing someone who offended them. Or maybe they’d pull out a gun and shoot you. Nobody messes with NY drivers.
As a result, in some ways it’s actually safer than Boston.
