ALOHA, Ore. An Oregon man spent Memorial Day in jail after dialing 911 to complain that a McDonald's worker was rude and didn't give him an orange juice he ordered.

I thought this was an analogy about how Obama handled the recession.
He should have called the White House...maybe McDonald’s could give Obama a 70% stake to insure that it would never happen again.
And in an unrelated story, an ALOHA, Ore couple were murdered after being put on hold in a 911 call.....
More examples of the results of our government school system and idiotic culture.
I REAL man wouldn’t have went crying to a 911 operator over something as trivial as food at McDonald’s. He would have went inside and beat up the manager then trashed the place.
Copy cat crime? Remember some lady a few months ago called 911 because she didn’t get the Chicken McNuggets she ordered?????????
Are some people that disturbed, or unclear in their minds of what 911 is used for? Do they really think it’s ok to call to complain about McDonald’s????????
I saw something similar to this in an article entitled “What’s With Calling 911?” in a blog I read the other day (http://entitlementsyndrome.com). It talked about that fellow out in Ohio who called 911 on his 28-year old son (who still lived at home) who wouldn’t clean his room.
Yes. I imagine now that unemployment is creeping up in numbers there will be a lot of these 911 calls.
That is until Korea bombs NYC.
I’m calling them is FR goes down...
Hey, the 911 callers name is RAIBIN OSMAN!!!! ROP Alert!
I saw video of this on BOR. The guy was calling for his brother who couldn’t speak English. I think he was Indian. (Asian Indian) Then the clerk who screwed up the order called 911 to tell them that the customer might call 911. She could barely speak English. Appeared to be Latin American. Not sure if the 911 operator could speak any English because I couldn’t hear anything they were saying. So it is quite possible that the only American involved in the whole thing was the local TV news gal reporting it.
When you combine stupidity with selfishness, bad things happen.
Combating stupidity is the role of the schools; unlearning childhood selfishness is the job of parents.
In America, a large proportion of neither has been doing its job for far too long.
...a little "common consideration for the other guy" would be a welcome addition too.
I actually had some FReeper give me greif in a thread because I critized the woman who called 911 over her McNuggets.
There are idiots everywhere.
Orange juice? Must be a...Health nut! :oP
