Technical Help with MP3's and downloading
If you are having difficulty with downloading or playing the music on your computer, PLEASE feel free to ask for help! I have not forgotten what it was like when I was new to computers and will treat all questions with courtesy and answer as best I can. If I don't know the answer I'm sure that someone else here will....computer questions aren't 'dumb'....asking them is only an indication that you're not as shy as the fifty other people who are worrying over the same question! They will also appreciate your asking it :-)

You're quite welcome and thank you all for your kind and gracious words :-) I'm delighted that you've found it to be worthwhile.
Some may wonder why I post these threads so early before Holy days, and there are several reasons:
- If people have difficulties or technical questions then this 'should' provide enough time to get things sorted out for them so that they can still enjoy the music on Easter.
- Sometimes people like to burn custom CD's of this music and either mail it to distant friends or relatives or they produce multiple copies and distribute them to nursing homes and other places where people's lives might be made better by some beautiful music. It takes time to:
A. Download the music
B. Burn the CD (s)
C. Make nice covers for the CD's
D. Mail or distribute them and have them arrive before Easter.
- And some of us (myself included) don't have any problem at all with listening to this great music for a week or more before Easter! :-)

Thanks, Northern Yankee! I
think I can burn CD's on my computer. I am going to ask my son how to do this. I hadn't thought about it before, but there is a lot of music on the internet that is free and is totally out of the realm of what is played on radio.
I believe Stoat published a similar thread around Christmas, and the music was quite beautiful.

My pleaure!
Let me know how it goes.
Holy Week is almost upon us. I have really enjoyed this Lent.
To: Northern Yankee
I have found this to be a very helpful Lent. I gave up alcohol (BIG sacrifice for me, the martini drinker) and have managed to pray the Rosary every single evening.
I also am almost done with Pope Benedict's Jesus of Nazareth which I highly recommend. It is not a book to be rushed as it has quite a few scholarly passages, but I learned several new things about The Lord's Prayer, the apostles, and the differences between the Gospels, as well as a lot of new things about Jesus. It is one of those rare books I will re-read from time to time.

Thanks! I’m going to check this out.
