So we better get some deet for the mosquitoes then.
There is other stuff for mosquitos besides DEET. We use herb extract and essential oil mix we make ourselves. Perhaps not quite as effective, never used DEET, but works pretty well, and no chemicals to worry about side effects.
My hubby and I do not use Deet, as it is bad for your skin. Get some Neutragena After Bath oil...sesame seed formula. Mix half and half with rubbing alcohol and put in a spray bottle. Spray just lightly on skin in the mornings and it will last all day. Keeps mosquitoes, no-seeims, and chiggers away! :)
