I was wondering How can a cop see you laughing if he is behind you? Then I figured it out. There was probably a camera hanging from a tree branch (over 4 million of them in England) and the copper downloaded this guy’s image onto his computer.
You won’t be able to pick your nose while driving in England anymore. In fact, you won’t be able to pick your nose if you’re a backseat passenger either.

I know of a professor using the university’s motor pool car that got turned in once (as in someone called to complain) that he was laughing too much. He & his passenger were driving to a meeting & were apparently having too much fun for the complainer’s druthers. People can be very weird out there.
