I see Michelle finally wore something that she looks decent in.
It doesn't help her overall "angry" look much but at least I wouldn't be embarrassed to walk into the room with someone else wearing that.

I con't see anything about that dress looking good on Michelle. Like the Inaguration, it shows off her flabby arms. Who wants to see those; and what woman wants to show those?

As to the necklace(s) they look like she caught the beads flung to the crowd at Mardi Gras. A whole bunch of them and just plopped them on. No class at all that gal, certainly not a lady with style and grace (let alone dignity and tact) in the WH anymore.
