For those of you who haven't seen Michelle Malkin's recent blog post, she has posted an absolutely brilliant adaptation by Arlo Guthrie of "I'm changing my name to Chrysler"... it has now become "I'm changing my name to Fannie Mae" <-- link to the song on youtube
Bookmark for later...Dialup here isn’t too condusive to viewing anything, one of the downsides to rural living.
Very funny!
Wow, when even an old hippie like Arlo Guthrie gets it, and makes fun of it, you know the politicians are in for a rough time.
Rural?
Well say now, we got a stimulus Just For YOU! After redistributing a few billion dollars everyone out here in rural land will have Broadband. Cows and all...
What’s that they say, about the right going so far that it comes all the way around in a circle and meets the left?
I used to see Arlo Guthrie at the Chicago 7 Trial back in 1970, which I attended two or three sessions a week. He was there to hang out with the defendants.....a lot of these defendants would have been big Obama supporters,
especially that “star”, Tom Hayden.
Looks like Arlo has become a bit more independent-minded.
I’d rather be free of the strings attached and have a slow connection...Thanks anyway.
