I sincerely believe that the change (exactly what Obomba promised) will be permanent.
Within the next decade the differences between America and Russia will be difficult to ascertain.

Within the next decade the differences between America and Russia will be difficult to ascertain. I would disagree. Russia will have a much more free economy, and a lower tax burden. Probably more freedom of religion for Christians as well.
