I too stick up TO, he was not the Cowboys problem. The guy plays hard. I think Romo gave up on TO because of his drops, but he’s the kind of guy who drops the easy throws, but will make the difficult catches. I blame Romo more than TO for the Cowboys problems on offense.

The Cowboys believed their before the season hype, in that all they had to do was show up for games and the other team would cower before them.

Dropping easy throws IS a problem. Plus TO has been a divider in 3 locker rooms now, can't all be the media's fault. As for his work ethic, quitting on routes and hustling hard one play and taking a break the next is not a good work ethic. Add to that intentionally drawing 15 yard penalties after touchdowns so he can show off is not exactly team-first either.
I'm a Cowboys fan but TO is mentally unstable and just cannot keep his mouth shut. He is a team unity killer - has been on every team he played on and will always be.

I should add I do not think TO is the main reason for the problems in offensive execution. I think the biggest problem is Jason Garrett, then the offensive line, then Romo.
