The Cowboys released the cornerback Wednesday, severing ties with the oft-troubled player and leaving the sixth overall pick in the 2005 NFL draft without a job again.

He poisoned that locker room. They should have made him hit the road after his first suspension.
Plus he sucked on the field anyway.
He will be picked up by New England next year.
What a class act. I hate to see him go.
Go Packman and take T.O. with you!
Or the Bengals.
No he’s Oakland Raider matreial.
I am going to take up for TO. Most of TO’s problem is that he is egged on by the press, they are the ones that stir up trouble.
TO, despite his short comings, is NO criminal.
I too stick up TO, he was not the Cowboys problem. The guy plays hard. I think Romo gave up on TO because of his drops, but he’s the kind of guy who drops the easy throws, but will make the difficult catches. I blame Romo more than TO for the Cowboys problems on offense.
That’s I stick up FOR TO.
You can have him I’ll take V,D. you can get shots for V.D.
Agree on TO
He’s not the only to have poisoned the locker room. T.O has done quite a bit of that himself. Now if Jones can cut him lose and get something for him, maybe Dallas can do something positive next year. And until Jones admits he made some big mistakes, nothing good will happen in Big D.
The Cowboys believed their before the season hype, in that all they had to do was show up for games and the other team would cower before them.
Pacman out as 2007 shooting surfaces
"The Cowboys have released Adam "Pacman" Jones and a team source told ESPN's Ed Werder that the move was made after the team learned of new allegations against the troubled cornerback from his time with the Titans.
Jones's release came after "Outside the Lines" reporter John Barr contacted the NFL, the Cowboys and Jones' attorneys about a piece scheduled to air Sunday in which three Atlanta-area men allege that Jones arranged for someone to shoot at them two months after the football player was suspended by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell in 2007."

He was definitely keepin it real. Look out Canada--hide your strippers.
Until the NFL clamps down HARD on behavior on and off the field, until they banish the “gangsta” lifestyle from the rosters, until it starts looking like a sport again, the NFL should be beneath norice for EVERYONE. Perhaps if professional football became as relevant in America as curling, the players, the league, the owners, the coaches and the players union would all be FORCED to take notice and do something. We keep giving them money for tickets. We keep buying the merchandise. We keep watching the telecasts and advertisers keep paying the networks for the air time. If ratings and revenue fell off and the next TV contract were only worth what you’d pay for a :30 in the post-game analysis of the Little League World Series, we’ll get some players who actually want to play the game instead of cashing paychecks that look like a lottery jackpot and showing off nothing but attitude off the field.
Hut on three!!
Also at least stirring the pot were Tank,(WR)Roy Williams, T New, and Crayton. It’s a dismal situation at VR and more than one local beat reporter has mentioned backstabbing within the locker room all yr. They need to keep cleaning house... sadly this team won’t be any better next yr as it stands.
