Sorry, not buying it. I’m approching senior status and still feel the hurt of betrayals from family many moons ago.

In my youth I was rather zealous shall we say. A fellow worker once told me to lighten up on the Ol’ Man (Boss). He said to me “he’s old enough to be dead”. Well, I’m there now “old enough to be dead”, and I agree with you.
Not buying it either.
Rats! I was hoping that this pain would finally eventually fade. I intend to forgive. But forgiveness is a process and not an event. I have to keep working through it.
It would be nice not to have these hurts crop up in my mind and spoil events today.
