Bad service from GM? Never heard that one before.

BBB is useless. Call a radio ‘troubleshooter’ such as Tom Martino. They confront the business in question, and bring the business name and issue out on the radio. Amazing results!
Good Luck!

"a vibration that always occurs at 15 mph"

Tell your wife or girlfriend to drive that Malibu no more and no less than 15 mph at all times.

She just might thank you for it. ;)

Did you pay the extra $1,200 for the round wheels option?

Lemon Laws are state-specific.
Check your state’s web site for details.

BBB generally is going to end up supporting the one who pays them - the retailers. Don’t expect to get much satisfaction from them.

My son bought a lemon...and used the law. I told him to make all correspondence in writing and by mail with receipt return requested.

In court, GM said they never received the notices.

My son said the court proceeding took about 10 minutes after he produced the evidence. GM had to pay all court costs, too. My son did not use an attorney.

The BBB isn’t worth a bucket of warm piss. They only take reports on businesses who are “members” and if inquired about, consumers are only told “We have received X number of inquiries”.

Sorry, I've never had to resort to a lemon lawyer... but then, I don't buy UAW products. Good luck.

Sorry, I can't resist:
