Well, basically, they want Mr Obama to disclose documents that will put to rest ANY questions as to whither he IS, or is NOT, a ‘natural born citizen’ in accordance with our guiding document — The Constitution Of The United States.

Also, a Kenyan birth is not the only possibility (see below)

Leo talks about O being born as a British citizen because of the dad and there is no way that can be changed. Does not matter where he was born.

Here is a question: What would happen if it were to be proven that BHO was in fact born in Kenya? Biden becomes president? Election do over? What?

Amendment XX, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution covers this situation.

". . . if the President elect shall have failed to qualify [before the time fixed for the beginning of his term] then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified."

The interesting language to me is, "the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified." How can a third person (who is qualified to be POTUS) qualify unless there is a new election?

The language states that the VP acts as President until "a" President qualifies. It does not state that the VP will become President, only that the VP will act as POTUS temporarily.

I would be all for an election redo. I have been saying for months that the two leading candidates could not possibly be the best the USA has to offer.

Unfortunately, the sad reality is that the rule of law no longer applies.

So you would think it would be spelled Brittan or Britan.

Other spellings were Breteyne, Bretaigne, Breten, and even Breten-lond... land of the Bretens or Bretons I presume.

The above is another reason why examination of his original birth certificate would prove so helpful in determining Obama's status as a 'natural born citizen' ... or not.

I am convinced Bammy is the biggest puppet to ever come to power in the 20th century.

The question is who are the people pulling his chains?

Common sense would dictate to an intelligent person that an audit of O's campaign contributions would reveal the sources of O's masters. This, of course, would rely on the integrity of those in power. Sadly, we must scratch that idea.

Personally, for myself it has become apparent that for someone like O who came out of nowhere with no record of accomplishments, little traceable history, and the obvious backing of MSM there are some big players in this charade. What frightens me the most is the current economic status of our country, whether real or perceived. How much of it is pure fabrication is yet to be seen. History has repeatedly demonstrated that desperate people make desperate choices and fall for anything.

My hope and prayer is that there are enough of us who remain to refuse the globalist ideologies and stay true to the course that our forefathers established for our great nation.

If electors actually elect our president, Then isn't it true to say Obama is not Pres-elect until the electors actually vote?

does the constitution spell out the course of action if a candidate (presumptive pres-elect) is disqualified prior the electoral college meeting and actually cast their vote.

seems to me, that if in fact Obama were found unqualified prior to the electoral college casts their votes , it would simply BOOT obama from the the game "post election" and pass the victory to John Mccain by default

Thank you so much for answering my question in detail. The answer according to the Constitution is that Joe Biden would become our next president should it be proven that BHO was born in a foreign country. BHO would be forced to resign the presidency if this determination is made after he takes office. Next question: What if he refused to resign? One thing is certain: Given the make up of the current Congress as well as the in-coming Congress, we would never be able to obtain impeachment articles or a trial in the Senate.
