Answer: For a change in result, you’ll need a change in approach. The question is, “What change is likely to yield a positive outcome?”
As you look for potential changes, recognize that there are many factors over which you have no control. For example, you can’t control the labor market or the demand for your particular package of skills. However, you can control your resume’s contents, your choice of audience and your overall job search strategy. Examine each for possible adjustments to alter your outcome for the better.”
