The seventh annual Eastern Arkansas Career Expo and Regional Job Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Mustang Arena. The event is sponsored by the Forrest City Area Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and Arkansas Workforce Centers.”

SNIPPET: “The 2009 Northeast Louisiana Career Fair has been scheduled from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday at the Monroe Civic Center. The event is free and open to anyone looking for a job. Employers interested in participating should call Sue Nicholson at 807-4015.
During a time when job losses are mounting, Monroe Chamber of Commerce President Sue Nicholson said next week’s 2009 Northeast Louisiana Career Fair comes at a critical time.
“There are companies with jobs available that will be at this career fair,” Nicholson said.
The event, which will be Thursday at the Monroe Civic Center, is coordinated by the chamber, city of Monroe and Louisiana Workforce Commission.”
