Robbie is from Caruthers. His wife and children are staying home waiting for a phone call.

His mother is staying at a friend’s cabin at Shaver Lake. I think all of his male relatives are staying near his pickup waiting for the sheriff to allow them to join the search. The sheriff rescue team is afraid someone else might get lost, so they are asking relatives to wait.
