What is the age of consent for tattoos? I was fueling up at a Loves Truck Stop when this yuppie mother came in with two young girls about 8 and 10 and they both had tramp stamps tattooed on their back sides......?????

I believe 18 to go by yourself, but if a parent brings you and gives permission, I do not know if there is an age limit.

There are some pretty elaborate temporary tattoo tramp stamps. I pray those girls just had temporary tattoos.

(I can’t imagine an 8 or 10 year old girl would have the pain tolerance to get a real tattoo.)
