What's Obama's strength?

Posted on 06/13/2008 6:00:52 AM PDT by Righting

What's Obama's strength?

Is it?

A) - He's different than your usual candidate, different in: looks, age, style.

B) - He's a good actor in not showing his nervous emotions, playing it "cool" even when sh*tting in his pants.

C) - Anti Bushi-sm.

D) - Esploiting the war in Iraq.

His strength is the money behind him and the MSM rock-star blitz engineered to enthrall those looking for an idol.

He’s like the annoying kid in the “I’m a Mac” ads. Plus he’s a commie. That’s how I see it.

You forgot one of his biggest-

E) Getting idiot Libs to vote for him by thinking it will solve all the race relations here and in the middle east. Also to prove the US is “not racist” by voting for an empty suit with dark skin.

Obama has one great strength, to wit: There are millions of morons and sociopaths out there armed with the vote.

If it were not for that one great strength, he would have been laughed off the political stage a long time ago.

When he comes with script in hand...He's an orator, a con and a jerk.

When he's talking off the cuff under the least bit of pressure...he's just a plain old jerk...

Yes, the illusion that “getting a non white with that weird name” will be the ‘magic’ thing especially in racial or cultural differences.

He’s not Bush. And he’s not Hillary Clinton, either. That’s enough for a lot of people.

"Youth" vs "Old guy/guard".

Yes, it is a bit a like the Mac ads.

Bit of ageism they play (and he has already brought up the senior moment as a potential hazard of a McCain presidency, so he has gone negative).

But Barack Obama really doesn't represent anything new. He represents the same communist revolutionaries who rioted in the streets in the late 1960s, blew up police cars, burned down armories, and among Kerry's anti-Vietnam war group plotted to assassinate elected Congressmen to finally get them to vote against the war.

40 years of violence and socialism.

That is nothing NEW and it is not POSITIVE change.

Obama would make a great replacement for Mugabee.

In Zimbabwe (or is it Zimbabme, or Zimbabyou?) he would 'fight for families' and would work hard to unite all of Africa into a strong African Union (AU). Perhaps he could persuade our senior statesman, Jimmie (the Geek) Carter to become his secretary of state.

At any rate, America needs a leader like Obama like it needs another four years of something even worse than Carter.

McCain certainly isn't Bush (or Hillary) either.

And I've heard some people on the Left say that Obama is so SMART that he's realized after only a couple of years in the Senate that he wouldn't be able to do nearly as much as President and this is why he hasn't pushed for any significant legislation "yet".

He's a new god too.

Carter has gotten far more than 4 years action out of his one elected term.

So has Bubba Clinton.

Expected Barack CCCP Obama to attempt the same.

Obama ‘electable’ qualities (for the shallow left-wing media to promote) are:

1) has a deep commanding speaking voice
2) African American
3) uses ‘nice sounding’ ‘optimistic’ passages from former elected officials

His policies are terrible — is this becomes an election of issues he loses...’ His gruesome abortion policy may as well be described as pro-infanticide. His hope in government is based on failed ideas and could be if elected will be described by historians as America's second suicide attempt (the late 60's-70's being the first) (Modern Times/Paul Johnson).

> as in ‘smelling a rat’?

Yeah, sorta. I’m a foreigner, so I don’t fully appreciate the intricate maneuvers that would have been involved in his selection as an appropriate POTUS candidate. From here, it seems improbable at best that he is the top Democrat candidate, the very best the DEMS could offer up.

That said, there is a pungent pong about the man that entirely fails the sniff test.

Recent North American example? Kim Campbell, Canada’s first (unelected) female Prime Minister. Nearly everything she said about herself was a lie. And when she wasn’t busy telling fibs, she occupied her time alienating perfectly-good Conservative Canadian voters for no good reason.

Once she rose to the very pinnacle of Canadian politics, despite the pong. Dunno what she’s doing now...

Barak has the Kim Campbell smell about him. It just ain’t right: like a tin of tuna that has been left in the sun a bit too long. It looks fine, but give it a whiff and there’s the pong that ought to tell you DO NOT PARTAKE.

Salmonella will be the least of yer worries if he is ever elected POTUS. Alarm bells ought to be ringing big-time.

We can only imagine the barrels of laughs our enemies (as well as our few friends) have had over the antics of these two imbeciles.
