So-called green radicals believe that the long sentences, as well as aggressive investigation techniques, intimidating indictments, and, in particular, use of a sentencing enhancement known as the "terrorist enhancement," are evidence of a "green scare."

These radicals think aggressive techniques and intimidation by ecoterroists is a good thing but when the government fights back to protect innocent people from these goons it's not fair.

I feel sorry for the little girl but her mother needs to learn there are consequences to endangering lives and destroying property. They want to intimidate others with terrorist techniques yet don't want to be treated like terrorists. Too bad.

Exactly, I feel sorry for the little girl also.

Waters is the only one of the group to not take a plea bargain, I really believe she thought she could play on the emotions of the jury with the daughter and her violin thing and walk.

In one sense it worked because the jury found her not guilty on the most serious charge which I believe carried a mandatory 20 year sentence. I hope the judge comes down on her hard on the guilty verdicts.
