"Mr. Beaudoin was struck by Miss Hernandez's vehicle," Assistant Attorney General Susan Morrell said. "He went onto the windshield and then, when the car hit the parking meter, he was ejected into the middle of Elm Street. He died of massive head trauma."
Prosecutors say she was drunk when she drove her car though the Nashua City Hall parking lot and ran down two people early Friday morning, moments after exchanging words with them about the Yankees and Red Sox.
Prosecutors said she has a past conviction of receiving stolen property in 2005. She was given a suspended sentence.

Beaudoin came to the bar regularly to socialize, sing karaoke and have fun
"He came to hang out. He didn't really drink much,"
Prosecutors say Hernandez told police she had four beers shortly before getting into the argument and that the confrontation upset her so much she drove her car toward the crowd hoping to scare them. She allegedly told officers she thought they would be smart enough to get out of the way.

That bar is pretty good place too. This just proves that Yankee fans, do indeed, suck.
I dont know where she got the running start of 200ft from...that Bar is right at a corner of Main St in a high traffic area.
Either way, they should ban cars.

The attorney general's office didn't release Hernandez's street address, but a public records search revealed that she has lived at 28 Major Drive. Court records show that Yvonne Hernandez of that address was indicted in 2005 for receiving stolen property and
arrested for simple assault and hindering arrest.
According to people at the scene, "Even after the accident occured she got out of the car and punched one of the other girls in the face".

Yankees fan runs down a Red Sox fan? Not a good thing, I guess. But the RS fan DID say the Yankees suck....so ya know, ya gotta be careful what you say these days.

Damn Yankee fans! Within my very own family there are a few of them running around. They are missing chromosomes. Ok, I’m just kidding...sort of.
