Detroit is a cesspool. Would the last human being leaving that area turn out the lights on the scum? Or have they already left?

Since their peak, Detroit has lost 50% of its population, Cleveland 47%, Newark 35%, Cincinnati 34%, Baltimore 33% and Philadelphia and Providence 30%.

And they will continue to hemorrhage citizens as long as people like Kwame Kilpatrick are considered to be equal to the task of turning these dying metropolises around.
