Rosie - if you wear sandels on the flight, you may want to have a pair of sox to slip on while your sandels are in the bin waiting to be screened. Otherwise you’ll be walking bare foot along the ‘sanitized’ mats and carpets till you get through screening and can retrieve your bin from the xray trays. Just a thought.
Yup, we think so too. hmmm. we do have an ‘economic stimulus’ check coming in July. I think we’re in the last group, hope they don’t run out of ‘our money’ before we get a bit of it.

I don’t plan to wear sandals on the flight for exactly that reason - walking barefoot in the airport is just icky. ;-)
I wore clogs last time - easy to slip out of, but not odd with socks. The only trouble was that I ended up having to run in the durn things, but otherwise, no big deal. So that’s the plan. But I have sandals packed.
I just don’t think I wanna check a guitar in regular luggage if I can help it. I guess I’ll try to just roll with the punches when the time comes. But I’m frettin’. And not just in the musical sense.
Just be glad you’re not taking back a cello.

Yah, like osage said the lights were probably under the barrel. Neat things, though it does turn the holster into a great big confabulation if they keep them on there all the time.
I’m fixin’ta head down to the beach any second now. For some reason I got into cleaning-mode this morning at da rentalplace. And it got kinda out of hand. But I have to stop somewhere and I think this is it.
Such a crappy week. Still stuck in licensing hell, and it’s not going as well as I’d hoped. Ugh. Too much pressure.

So did you get the beach house you used to get, but missed out on last year? Or are you getting a different place at the same beach?
We’re just here, BTW, so whenever you want to bring Cisco over is fine.

It’s kinda threatening out there anyhow. Wasn’t it supposed to be sunny and in the 70s today? What happen?
I’m planning to go to the first-chance church service at five. ;-) I figure I’ll run Cisco over when I get back from that, and then take care of any last minute hustling I need to do. This leaving in the evening thing is throwing me for a loop. I keep thinking, “well, I could pick that up early in the morning if I need to...I can take care of that right before bed...” Not an option - eek!
I still need to print out airline stuff. And find my passport, if possible - IMO it’s easier to travel with than a driver’s license.
I usually wear sneakers on a plane, cause my feets get COLD! But she could look like a real Vermonter, and wear socks with her Birkies. ;o)
