We have Blue Heron. They try to get our Koi and Goldfish in our pond.
I can well believe that. One time after a major rain, the area between my neighbor’s house and our house became flooded. At one point a pond goose landed and walked from one end to the other looking for a fish. Of course there weren’t any, but he had to go across and back before he was convinced of this. Then, he stretched out his big wings and flapped once or twice. Rising majestically, he went off without another glance.
Oh, that bird is pretty. I can’t wait to see you other pictures.
Last year, I had a Blue Heron visit my new pond, but to my knowledge we haven’t had one visit this year.
We could easily miss them if they are only stopping by for a rest. As the pond is more than a half mile from where we currently live.
Yesterday there was a small duck there. Only one. He/She had the entire pond to itself and was swimming laps.

I am feeling much, much better. The headache is mostly gone but I need to be careful not to do to much when it is hot. For some reason, the heat tends to bring on a lot of pain.
Thanks. Last week’s was a doosy. Enough that I kept checking to make sure the malaria was gone. Twice. Even after I had finished all the meds.

I am really glad to see that Hillary's LIE about being under sniper fire in Bosnia, a tale she has told often, is finally exposed. I still don't see the connection of how this fictional account would give her credence for having foreign experience.
(Of course, she and Chelsea did fly around the world (at our expense) sight seeing and greeting dignitaries, but how is that the same as making decisions for our country?)

Good morning everybody. Thought I’d try to do a little much needed clothes shopping this morning then we have an appt at our attorney’s office to sign some papers this afternoon.
Tomorrow I must stay in the park all day as I have the pager and defibrillator duty. So will probably freep a lot then although I’m signed as alternate for shuffling.
