A team mother of a private basketball team has posted bail following her arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old boy on the team, police said Monday.
Janice Marie Niccoli, 37, was arrested at her Vacaville home Friday on two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than 10 years younger, Sgt. Charlie Spruill said. Niccoli posted bail Saturday afternoon, Spruill said.
Niccoli, the single mother of two boys, allegedly met the victim while traveling with a private club boys basketball team last year.
Spruill said the alleged sexual encounters happened at Niccoli's home in April and May, 2007 when the boy was 16. Spruill said the private athletic team is not affiliated with a school.
Niccoli has no previous contact with police and is not cooperating with the investigation, Spruill said. Police are trying to determine if there are other alleged victims, Spruill said.
Police said detectives learned about her alleged secret relationship with the boy last week after the victim came forward with the information.

I feel sorry for her and somehow I think its something that she has allowed herself to be in this situation is because and this is just a speculation, that women are trying to look up to a woman leader but somehow that “leader” is nothing but a lying, conniving turncoat with no morals and woman are thinking that they can get away with being in that same class act.
If the US is to ever elect a woman president she had better be an ex-nun or a squeaky clean grandmother that used to work for Disney.

IMO, these women wish they were still teenagers. Those were the good old days, and that damn old calendar just keeps on turning, and at 37 life can sometimes be a pain in the ass.
These pathetic women have the added disadvantage that it's no longer novel. Their Oprah/Greta value is dropping like a rock with each new occurrence.
