Like father like daughter? Bloated Lisa Marie is now the double of dad Elvis
Daily Mail ^ | 4 March 08 | SIMON CABLE

Her father fought - and lost - a long and very public battle with the bulge.

Now Elvis Presley's daughter Lisa Marie appears to have developed a similarly unhealthy appetite.

The once-svelte 40-year-old was seen devouring her lunch at Hollywood food market The Grove at the weekend.

Sorry, MB, I should have put “all” in the TO section. I didn’t think you were being cruel to her...others were really hard on her.

I was somewhat tough on Hillary’s wrinkly face a few weeks ago. I swear...Queen Elizabeth looks in better form than Hillary. (speaking of which, why don’t the campaign signs say “Clinton for President” rather than “Hillary?” Just askin’.[:}

It’s tough to be human.

It’s tougher on those who’ve been presented as above those without fame.

Aging is easy and pleasant for me: No one expected me to do anything else.

Ashley looks more like her mom (Naomi) than Wynonna does.

Different Dads!

I know they had different dads, but Ashley STILL looks more like her mother than Wynonna does. There are five kids in my family, same parents, but one of us looks more like my mother than others of us. Sometimes a child is a throwback from another generation.

What did yo think of Audrey Hepburn or Katherine Hepburn Personally, they aged good (& natural)

Loved both of them.

When I saw "On Golden Pond" on TBS again this summer, I just marveled at Katherine. I loved her in "The Philadelphia Story" too. Just a great lady.

I read she was a Communist, but oh....well.

My 4 year old is a spitting image of my Great Aunt. We thought they gave us the wrong child in the hospital until we finally came across the old pictures.

Yeah, she probably was, but she was beautiful! More so as she got older.

Why is it older women can’t be considered beautiful unless they’ve siliconed & stretched them selves up trying to look 20 at 60.

i think it looks hideous Growing older is part of living. The only way to stop it is to die. And I’d rather get older.

I was somewhat tough on Hillary’s wrinkly face a few weeks ago.

I make an exception for Hillary. There is nothing negative you can say about her that will raise my ire. Let 'er rip!

I swear...Queen Elizabeth looks in better form than Hillary.

The Queen does look good. I think the thing with Hillary is that she is probably not a very nice person, and that reflects in her face at her age.

(speaking of which, why don’t the campaign signs say “Clinton for President” rather than “Hillary?” Just askin’.[:}

Because Hillary is trying to run on her "experience" in her husband's administration, but she wants (and needs) to somehow do it without reminding the public too much about her husband's administration.

This is, of course, completely impossible. And that should make us smile, which allows us to be lovely.

Leave it to the Fleet Street gossip mongers to be so crude and ungentlemanly. They can not libel in Britain so they go mud diving in Heartland America.

I have common British blood ten generations removed and this makes me once again thankful for the wisdom of my ancestors.

Take a look at this You Tube video Simply the Best This lady (won't take you long to guess her) was 62 at the time of the video -- it blows me away every time I see it.

? She looks younger than her daughter, and rather corpse-like to me. They both look weird.

I saw Lena Horne in NYC in 1981, that would have put her in her mid 60’s I guess. Like Tina she was FABULOUS and she still sounded great.

My best friend in high school was from there. His granddad was full-blooded Choctaw and the Sheriff there. He even once chased Bonnie and Clyde through the county. Luckily he did not catch them.

Lisa Marie just went out that day without makeup or fussing with her hair, and more power to her. I’ve got to the place (almost 62) where I’m tired of taking an hour to get ready to go run errands. I used to do that when I was young, then one day I realized I didn’t want to any more. I started going more natural, maybe with just moisturizer and a little tinted lip gloss, maybe a little bit of tinted moisturizer. I also began to notice that other women would give me that “boy, I sure wish I had the guts to go out of the house without painting up!” look. Or else, they may have ben thinking “wow! that’s the way I looked when I got out of bed this morning!”
When you get about sixty, young folks tend to look right through you anyway. - Priscilla is beginning to overdo the plastic surgery. I doubt she needed it at all to start with.

I was lucky to be in NYC at a time when alot of great performers were on Broadway, and for part of the time had a roommate (classmate from HS) who dragged me around to lots of shows lol. Saw the original The Wiz, with a very young Stephanie Mills as Dorothy, saw Ben Vereen in Pippin, to name a couple.
In the early 70’s Liza Minnelli came and did a fundraiser for my school which was a blast. She’s a little nutty but she sure can belt them out.
I was very fortunate growing up getting to go places and see things.
