excerpted from medhelp;
Low oxygen content of the blood can cause blue lips. This can be due to low counts or due to problems with oxygenation of the blood. It would be interesting to know what your blood oxygen saturation is during the episodes. Do they last for very long? If so then your brother may have time to come over to your house to check with a saturation monitor (many EMTs have this equipment). If it is low then your doctor would have to look for sources of low oxygen such as blood clots, sickle cell disease or other hemoglobin abnormalities. A hematologist could check for these various disorders.

It stands out more clearly in video. I noticed it in the debate last night and wondered if it might be an oxygen supply issue.

Maybe he got an STD from Larry Sinclair
Fine, but someone needs to ask. Usually physicals and health of whom we elect is a big deal. Look at all the questions about Dick Cheney’s health, and he was VP!
Um, and the reason we care?
Speaking of blue, there is a man who turned completely blue. He was ingesting colloidal silver. Then, he ended up using it on his face because he had dermatitis.
The really sad thing is it is permanent and from what I understand medically, he literally is blue, inside and out.
I think you nailed it.
This actually not a silly question.........my aunt who is a nurse noticed a neighbor was not well a similar observation......
Ouch! Good one.
I’ve noticed that too. It may just be his pigmentation. Either that or doing coke in the back of limos. ;^)
Lipstick, just a different shade from Hil’s.
Mebbe he’s going for the “Goth” vote???
Very good!

Libertarian U.S. Senate candidate Stan Jones, speaks Sept. 23, 2002, during a debate at the Great Falls Civic Center in Great Falls, Mont. Jones has a distinct blue-gray skin color, the result of taking too much of an anti-bacterial form of pure silver. Jones said he started taking colloidal silver in 1999 in preparation for what he feared might be Y2K disruptions that could lead to a shortage of antibiotics.
