This country has truly become deranged.
Today Ray Nagin, Mayor and Zoo Director for New Orleans, admitted that the walls surrounding the City are well below the 16.4-foot minimum height recommended by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Mr. Nagin blamed this on the COE when one masked animal jumped the wall and mauled a bystander.
