I once read an estimate that 60K residents of Baltimore were heroin addicts. That works out to about 10% of the population. However, heroin is a stimulant, not a depressant, which is why I facetiously suggested that crack might be the "stimulant of choice."
We start them off young here in Chicago. My niece drinks coffee (with lots of cream) and she’s six years old!
uh heroin is a narcotic. Narcotics are pretty much the definition of depressants.
Yes. I posted that heroin was a depressant, and crack cocaine a stimulant. That’s why I suggested (in jest) that crack was the “stimulant of choice” in those big Northern blue-state cities.
