Looks like Lilo has taken a drive from LALA Land to Loserville to Lockdown!
2nd DUI this year, carjacking, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, reckless endangerment of the public, harassment/extortion. Narcotic possession (2nd charge this year). Driving on a suspended license (2nd time this year).
This is also not a good endorsement of the SCRAM device she was wearing. Apparently, you have to be within a certain footage of a HOME ‘modem’ so the device can measure alcohol levels through the skin and report them via modem. (Party all night at someone else’s house...no one will be the wiser.) Also, it was reported she put some kind of bandage type thing inbetween the device and the skin...saying she put it there for ‘chafing’.
Someone please keep this vacuous, insipid, unemployable former actress off the streets for everyone’s safety including her own!
If I were the judge and I wanted to have some fun with this case...I’d hand out the punishment as follows: (1) You must move to eastern Washington state, where you will live at least 280 days out of the year, within a permanent structure of some type, (2) you are forbidden to enter the state of California for any reason...you can’t even drive through the state...you can’t even accept an award within the state...you can’t even fly via LAX, (3) Weekly drug tests for various drugs for one-year, and (4) 10 hours per week of community service at some VA center in eastern Washington (around GI’s who have suffered). Her issue is life in LA...she can’t cope with it and she can’t handle it. So I’d make her move and never come back. See what she can do for fun in eastern Washington on a Friday night...that might shift gears on the gal.
